Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical difficulties that prevent access to course materials, document these issues and contact our support team within 7 days of the problem occurring.

Course Content Mismatch

When course content significantly differs from the published description, refund requests can be submitted within 10 days of enrollment with specific details about the discrepancy.

Important Timeline Information

All refund requests must be submitted by March 31, 2025, regardless of enrollment date. This policy applies to all courses purchased between January 2024 and December 2025. Late submissions cannot be processed due to our financial reporting requirements.

You'll receive an email with our decision and next steps. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline. Partial refunds may apply based on usage.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund appears on your original payment method within 3-5 business days for credit cards, or up to 10 days for bank transfers.

Refund Conditions and Exceptions

  • Downloadable Materials: Courses containing downloadable resources, templates, or tools may be subject to partial refunds only. These materials retain value even after course completion.
  • Live Session Attendance: If you've attended live webinars or Q&A sessions, refunds may be reduced by 15% to account for the personalized instruction received during these sessions.
  • Certificate Programs: Specialized certification courses have a reduced refund window of 7 days due to the administrative costs associated with certification tracking and validation.
  • Bundle Purchases: Course bundles purchased at discounted rates are refunded at the bundle price, not individual course values. Partial bundle refunds aren't available after accessing any course in the package.

We understand that circumstances change, and financial education is an investment in your future. Our refund policy balances fair access to quality education with sustainable business practices. When reviewing requests, we consider each situation individually and aim to find solutions that work for everyone involved.

Refunds are processed in Egyptian pounds when the original payment was made in EGP, or in the original currency for international transactions. Currency conversion rates at the time of refund processing apply, which may result in slight variations from the original payment amount.

Processing Delays During Peak Periods

During busy enrollment periods (typically September-November and January-February), refund processing may take an additional 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times and will keep you updated on any delays.

Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives that might better address your concerns. Many students find these options more beneficial than starting over with their financial education journey.

  • Course Transfer: Switch to a different course that better matches your learning goals and current skill level. Transfer fees may apply, but you retain access to previously completed materials.
  • Extended Access: If time constraints prevented course completion, we can extend your access period for an additional 90 days at a reduced rate, giving you more flexibility to learn at your own pace.
  • One-on-One Support: Schedule a consultation with one of our instructors to address specific challenges or clarify course content. This personalized approach often resolves concerns without needing a refund.
